Jesus Take The Wheel, Pastor Has Gun Pointed At His Head During Sermon To Illustrate That Not Tithing is “Robbing God”😒
This Pastor had someone race to him on stage, and put a gun to his head for teaching on tithing....and the crowd said, Amen???? Y'all, I can't imagine sitting in church ready to worship the Lord, and out comes a man with a gun. How awful! Think of the visitors that might have been there! What about the children? The elderly? How traumatizing! It seems like it should illegal. What do you all think? New Testament doesn't talk about tithing but it talks about cheerful giving as the heart leads. Christ was a son of a carpenter. Paul was a tent maker. Peter was a fisherman. Luke was a doctor etc. the pastor should go look for a job and work.
What an idiotic fool, with all the gun violence in black community. trying to scare people into giving money. Hopefully he will loose his entire congregation behind this STUNT. The church(pastors) has become just as sick as the "world" This was an extremely poor choice of theatrics.

Tithing is based off of faith you believe in Christ of what he's already blessed you with. I didn't hear this bozo not one time talk about how to not give grudgingly. Ex: 2 Cor 9:7 - Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.

@timezone You took the words out of my mouth. This man told a blantant lie! He is obviously talking about the god with the little “g”. No one can stop the Almighty God from doing anything! God causes His rain {blessings) to fall on the just and the unjust. I pray that God pricks the heart of these people and gives them discernment. They need to leave that lying preacher.

ReplyDeleteThis is one of the worst illustrations regarding tithing I’ve ever seen. It is insensitive to the gun violence that negatively impacts black communities across the country and reinforces a sense of fear and not trust in God and the institutional church. I hope that preacher apologizes to his congregation for such an atrocity.
