Anyhow, Perfecting Church Pastor Marvin Winans has fired back at a lawsuit from the City of Detroit, claiming that his unfinished church is nothing more than an eyesore. Pastor Winans encourages members to join him in person every Friday Night starting March 31 as he prays for their Woodward avenue location. According to the article, the massive church at 7 Mile Road and Woodward Avenue has sat unfinished for nearly 20 years. This has prompted the city to file a lawsuit. The church claims they’ve spent a lot of money to restart construction.
