One Of The Greatest Epidemics Of The Christian Church Today Is Adultery.

Reader, Apostle Johnson Suleman name is now trending on every social media.  The alleged adulterous affair between the founder and General Overseer of Omega Fire Ministries,   and 23-year old Canadian-based singer Stephanie Otobo has become news fodder for the last couple of days. What very interesting is that Apostle Suleman has now barred his church members from making public comments on the subject.

In a statement issued by the Directorate of Media, the church said commentaries on the matter had overstayed their relevance and the members should no longer allow themselves to be distracted by it. “It has become imperative that we advise all Omega Children and Christians Worldwide to put an end to the ongoing media war that we have engaged in,” the church said in the statement seen by PREMIUM TIMES.

“Every wise person would know that this is not a battle of humans but one between the Kingdom of God and that of darkness. “Therefore, nobody is permitted further to issue a statement or comment on the matter. All Facebook Live Videos on the issue should also stop forthwith.

It is advised that we spend our time concentrating on more relevant issues that bothers on the Kingdom. “We are well aware were all these are coming from and we will deal with it spiritually.” The statement came just as a second lady, who identified herself as Queen Esther, came forward on Sunday to speak about an alleged sexual relationship with Mr. Suleman (popularly known as Apostle Suleman).

For the most of last week, Mr. Suleman and a Canada-based singer, Stephanie Otobo, traded accusations over allegations of sexual affair, forceful abortion of pregnancy, and breach of marriage promise.

  1. How does a PASTOR Bar church members from speaking out on HIS mess???

He is the type of pastor that would find out someone else's sin, then start spreading their business from the pulpit.

Church is NOT a dictatorship for pastors were you can rule what people say, think and hear.

Paul's letters to the churches should be a good indication that no pastor or church is above reproach.

  2. Miss Ann,

The continuous adulterous scandals only confirm the sinful nature of today’s “apostles/preachers/pastors/bishops”. This is not an epidemic but the times that we live. We should have the WORD of God in our hearts not to sin against him (Psalm 19 & 119).

“This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts, Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.” (2 Timothy 3:1-7).

Queen Esther and Miss Otobo could have been “positioning” themselves for a “godly” man. But they were foolish and taken advantage of by this creep. Y’all have been warned!

The LORD is my Shepherd, I shall NOT want…

  3. This type of behavior has been going on 'forever'. It is only that in the current internet and social media environment, these escapades are a lot more difficult to conceal. I feel that I am almost 100% correct on this.
