Happy Kwanzaa Day 7!

Reader today we enter into the New Year with the last Principle of Kwanzaa...IMANI...FAITH!!! There are struggles within us, our communities, our culture and race.

Imani principle teaches personal and collective efficacy. Mary McLeod Bethune says: “Without faith nothing is possible; with faith nothing is impossible. Faith in God is the greatest power, but great to is faith in oneself”. Howard Thurman teaches that faith is the “promise of tomorrow at the close of everyday, the triumph of life in the defiance of death.” Victory prevails all, keep the faith.

  1. Miss Ann,

"Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen... by it the elders obtained a good report... And these all having obtained a good report through faith, received not the promise. God having provided some better thing for us, that they without us should not be made perfect." Hebrews 11:1-40

The LORD is my Shepherd, I shall NOT want...

    1. Amen "The LORD is my Shepherd"...

Now that's the real meaning of "FAITH".

Every other meaning pales in comparison.

      God Bless.

      Happy New Year to YOU.

      Now...YOU ALREADY KNOW...Here goes...
