  1. This is nice and cute and whatever. But what would really please the Lord of all, is to clean out Mason spirit and those involved to repent immediately.

  2. Well Bro. Timezone, you know some stuff...LOL! Being originally from a small town back in Georgia, I was talking to my older brother back home about (Pas.) Eddie Long. It is so sad what is going on in the So-Called church. BUT, God has a Message for ALL of them...Rev. 2 - 3. It would do US good to take "heed" and LISTEN to the Voice Of the Spirit (Holy Spirit). We are living in the LAST days. And people are SO distraught over Donald Trump becoming President. The voice of Jeremiah the Prophet is crying out saying....REPENT and turn our heart toward God! ONLY JESUS!! In Christ Alone, RLR.

  3. Look, my heart goes out the Eddie Long and I truly believe if he at his death bed confessed and repented that's between him and God. I totally believe he went to glory. He's moved on. My problem is nobody in this area wants to wake up and see what's going on! It's ridiculous. Facebook and everywhere they're talking about his legacy. Yes, he did great things, but they won't mention the cussin'in the pulpit, they want mentioned the ridiculousness of inviting T.I. of all people to give a Word to the young folks! Come on! The kids were "star-struck" just by T.I. being there. It's so over the top. And I promise you, if another scandal were to hit this church or any other, fear and intimidation would be used against the accused promise. You know, "don't you say nothing, keep yo mouth off the Man of Gawd, Bishop knows best... and on and on and on... Unreal. Went to a church and played at a church that sat me down for 90days cause I missed ONE Sunday of tithes and I TOLD THEM I WILL DOUBLE AND THEY SAID I STILL NEED TO SIT DOWN!!!! LOL!!!! But if there's sin, ooooooh nooooo, you won't get sat down for that. This is a spec of the foolishness that goes on. Again, I'm sorry for Eddie Long's death, but folks refuse to see the hand-writing of what's truly on the wall.

    2. Leviticus 27:31, even in the Old Testament they only added 20% if you were "late" bringing the tithes!

"And if a man will at all redeem any of his tithes, he shall add to it the fifth part thereof."

And there you were offering to double which is 200%...And it still wasn't good enough!!

Even Jesus rebuked the Pharisees and said that they paid tithes BUT neglected the weightier matters of the law! In other words, lying, cheating, fornication, lust, etc were MORE important to Him.

These modern churches say, you better not be late with that πŸ’°!

    3. Here's what's a trip tooprotected, they give out this doc for all the individuals within the music ministry to fill out and say whether or not they tithed within a 180 day period. I was honest and said "I'm very sorry but I missed last Sunday and I'll make up and double next SUnday." Them jokers politely said, you still need to sit. lol.. Let it be fornication.. they won't say a Word or someone who you know without a doubt who's homosexual in the choir, nothing.. They won't say one word. That's what's a trip!

  4. Why do men refer to themselves as "reverend"? There is only one passage in the bible where the word "reverend" is used and it refers to God. I found the following artcle interesting.

    There's Only One "REVEREND"

    By David J. Stewart

"He sent redemption unto his people: he hath commanded his covenant for ever: holy and reverend is his name." —Psalm 111:9

In modern times, the term "reverend" has been used widely to show respect for a clergyman. Although I don't think the usage of this term is sinful, I do think it needs to be discouraged, because it tends to glorify man. Even the best of God's men are still sinners saved by grace (Romans 3:23; Galatians 6:3). The word "reverend" only appears ONCE in the entire Bible, in Psalm 111:9, referring to God. The Hebrew word for reverend is yare' and means "to fear, revere, be afraid, to stand in awe of, to honour, respect."

We certainly should not be afraid of any minister, for we read in Proverb 29:25, "The fear of man bringeth a snare: but whoso putteth his trust in the LORD shall be safe." Revelation 14:7 states... "Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters."

Neither should we idolize religious men, as the Catholics do their Pope. We read in the Word of God that respect of persons is a sin... "My brethren, have not the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory, with respect of persons... But if ye have respect to persons, ye commit sin, and are convinced of the law as transgressors" (James 2:1,9). No one is any better than anyone else. We are all hell-deserving sinners.

    Biblical Honor

We do read in 1st Timothy 5:17 that ministers (i.e., servants) are to receive "double honour"... "Let the elders that rule well be counted worthy of double honour, especially they who labour in the word and doctrine." This simply means that we should VALUE those who are serving the Lord and; thus, support, encourage and help them in their labors for the Lord. It does not mean that we should praise them with a title such as "reverend." It does not mean that priests and ministers are to be treated better than everyone else. It does not mean that we should address a priest as "father," or a minister as "reverend." Only God is worthy of reverence.

The Word of God has something to say about giving fancy titles to men in Matthew 23:5-11...

"But all their works they do for to be seen of men: they make broad their phylacteries, and enlarge the borders of their garments, And love the uppermost rooms at feasts, and the chief seats in the synagogues, And greetings in the markets, and to be called of men, Rabbi, Rabbi. But be not ye called Rabbi: for one is your Master, even Christ; and all ye are brethren. And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven. Neither be ye called masters: for one is your Master, even Christ. But he that is greatest among you shall be your servant."

  5. It is clear from this Scripture passage that titles are dangerous. Men love titles of honor. "Doctor" is a popular title today, which I think is appropriate. However, I've never liked "honorary doctorate" degrees because it is extremely unfair to those who work hard through endless nights of study, tuition costs, college classes, and other hardships to EARN their degree. Honestly, I think honorary doctorates degrees are worthless. I would never accept an honorary doctorates degree. Some institutions hand out honorary doctorate's degrees like candy bars. What a joke!

Let's look at 1st Timothy 5:17 again. Carefully notice that 1st Timothy 5:17 never directs us to adore or praise God's man with a title, it simply says that we should count him as being "worthy of double honour." The next verse explains the context of this Scripture... "For the scripture saith, Thou shalt not muzzle the ox that treadeth out the corn. And, The labourer is worthy of his reward" (1st Timothy 5:18). God is simply saying that we should financially support those who are legitimately serving the Lord. However, please notice what Jesus said in Matthew 23:11... "But he that is greatest among you shall be your servant." We are not to support any pastor or preacher who is not a SERVANT of the church. Most televangelists today are selfish frauds, liars, and con artists. They pretend to serve others by showcasing the few poor people they help; BUT then horde tens-of-millions of dollars for themselves in filthy lucre. This is why The 700 Club, James Robison, Benny Hinn and many others REFUSE to disclose their finances to the Better Business Bureau [BBB]. You can check with the BBB on most televangelists and ministries, and should! Pat Robertson is of the Devil. Please read, Greedy Televangelists! A fool and his money are soon parted; please don't support those buzzards.

    2. timezone you are probably right. You are so on point with Masons in the church but the people will not listen and that is why there is so much leaven in the church house.

  6. Timezone and Ira Ayers you both are so on point. All these preacher's, Bishop's and all these other title holders want is for men and women to WORSHIP THEM. As long as they do that. They don't care what kind of lifestyles these folks live. As long as they have a gift or talent that they exploit so they get money out that. Eddie Long did the unspeakable things in the Pulbit. He used profanity like it was his first language. His clothing attire was inappropriate for the pulpit. Using the church funds to have inappropriate relationships outside of his marriage. Yet no one ever told him he was WRONG. He just kept doing whatever he wanted do. He didn't have no respect for his wife, his church, his children. And definitely not for the Almighty God. He was arrogant and rude and sarcastic. He had a REPROBATE MIND. He thought he was invisible. All these preachers are nothing but professional con artists using God's name to swindle folks out of there hard earned money. Folks have stop being so foolish. The sad part Black Preacher's use to preach against what the White Preachers was doing. Now they are doing the same thing. Some Black Ministries are WORSE. At least the White Ministries help folks out. Most of your Black Ministries it's all about. The Man of Gawd yes that's right Gawd cause real Men and Women of God wouldn't be doing this foolishness that these folks are doing. So GAWD cause they are GAWDLESS. They needs to be out somewhere on a job.But they have chosen a career for preaching. Salvation is a Lifestyle not a Career. If they wanted a Career they should have went to college or a technical college. Yes Lord !!!
