  1. Watch out Ms Ann, those anonymous trolls will be making snide comments about how un-qualified these people of God are. You can count on it.

Uh oh! They will also have a problem with those women being honored as a general. The trolls will be all over this article! You watch.

THESE SIGNS SHALL FOLLOW THEM THAT BELIEVE IN MY NAME THEY SHALL CAST OUT DEVILS, DEMONS. Amen, it should be done in the church on a regular basis. This is what's needed. YOU DON'T COUNCIL DEMONS YOU CAST THEM OUT!!!

  6. Miss Ann,

I have one for those who are ready to be free from generational curses. Well, a couple:

    1. Jeremiah 17:5-8 "Thus saith the Lord; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the Lord. For he shall be like the heath in the desert, and shall not see when good cometh; but shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, in a salt land and not inhabited. Blessed is the man that trusteth in the Lord, and whose hope the Lord is. For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit."

    2. Acts 16:31 "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house."

The LORD is my Shepherd, I shall not want...

    1. And for warfare:

2 Corinthians 10:4-6 "(For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled."

The LORD is my Shepherd, I shall not want...

  7. Ok...enough of this silliness. Call me a troll all you want. NO simple suggesting "the trolls are coming, the trolls are coming" is going to turn me away from addressing such a farce. But I'm wondering where these ignoramus who calls themselves "generals of deliverance" come up with such title. This is absolutely INSANE. There is only 2 references to the word deliverance in the NEW TESTAMENT. The main passage is in Luke 4:11 where Jesus after being tempted by the devil, went into the synagogue, opened to the book to Isaiah 61:1 that read " The Spirit of the LORD is upon me, because He has annointed me to preach the gospel to the poor, he hath sent me to heal the broken hearted, to preach Deliverance to the captives and recovering the side of the blind to set at Liberty them that are bruised".
After Jesus quoted the verse, he closed the book, sat down and the men looked upon Him with amazement. THE LORD SAID "THIS DAY IS THIS SCRIPTURE IS FULFILLED IN YOUR EARS".

FOR these wolves to not understand this verse so clear that THE LORD WILL DO GREAT WORKS TO glorify His Father being He is CHRIST AND SAVIOR AND KING AND LORD the prophets testified about TO DELIVER all men from sin through His death is utterly despicable. They want to charge monies to silly folks who would pay them to go through their mockery of the true DELIVERER. I'M not even going to mention the other passage on Hebrews where the woRd deliverance is mentioned. Jesus is the true Deliverer. You can see all throughout His life penned in the Holy Word His love for the poor, and compassion for those captive in unbelief, that all they have to do is believe He was the ONE THE PROPHETS proclaimed. These "GENERALS" are full of trickery and witchcraft, seeking to stir folks in a frenzy, and getting paid for doing so. UNREAL!!!. I could care less the "power" they possess. I KNOW THE BIBLE IS TRUE. LET GOD BE TRUE. AND every man A LIAR!

    1. Anonymous so what are you saying? Is it that you don't believe in deliverance ministry? Isn't deliverance part of the five fold ministry? The five-fold ministry is a concept of church leadership based upon the ministry of men and women who have been supposedly divinely called and "anointed" with one of five "ministry gifts" listed in Ephesians 4:11.
Unfortunately, as in other corps of ministerial tribes across Christendom, there are also aberrant and unstable members of this five fold ministry that have institutionalized imbalance not only in doctrinal but practical matters to the great ruination and shipwreck of Christian faith for those hapless believers who have submitted to their authority. But I also contend that not all who claim to be in a fivefold office are necessarily involved in such serious errors. That is the last thing I would believe about the fivefold ministry! Do not claim I have said that the next person claiming to be an apostle or prophet is necessarily and automatically in error, for I have said no such thing!

    2. Ms Sapp, I don't know the Bible talking anything about a five fold ministry. I know people want to prompt themselves to be important, saying they have all the gifts mentioned in Ephesians. I know when the Bible talks about spiritual gifts, it states the Holy Spirit gives to each believe as He wills. No gift is more important than the other. Like I mentioned on another post, some folks think teaching is a position, just like they do Pastor. These are spiritual gifts, pastor (another word for shepherd).

This whole idea of "anoint". Look in your New Testament and tell me how many times the word is used. You will think that each page is sprinkled with the word, the way many tends to use the word.

    3. @ "Right on cue" Anonymous,

The trolls on here know that the Generals of Deliverance are qualified - to make merchandise of you (2 Peter 2).

The trolls also understand that the battle is the LORD's (2 Chronicles 20:15, Zechariah 14:3). They do also understand that it is the LORD that declares to his people to hold their peace (be still) before the battle - for he is God (Exodus 14:14). It is also clear to the trolls that God heads his own army (Joshua 5:15) and he is neither on your side nor on the enemy's side. He, the captain of the LORD's host, is on God's side.

PS: John the Baptist was humble enough to say he wasn't worthy to untie the sandals of our savior (yet he was the for runner of God's own Son.) John 1:27. Beware! For those who exalt themselves will be humbled (Matthew 23:12).

    5. If it is so that they will not believe, then that is sad!

"And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:" (2 Thessalonians 2:11). " It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God." (Hebrews 10:31)

    7. False. But you can pat yourself on the back. A lot of people in the devil's camp know Scripture "forwards and backwards."

Now I didn't say you are in that camp. But who cares if you can quote every Scripture in the Bible if your delivery is repelling, conceited, and self-righteous? We get crowns in Heaven for Living the commandments of the Bible, not for quoting Scripture.

      ...MEEKNESS, GENTLENESS...
Galatians 5:22–23 "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, long-suffering, goodness, gentleness, faith, meekness, and temperance, against such there is no law."

The wheat and the tares will grow together! But which general is a wheat and which general is a tare? You two seemed to have figured it out!

And by the way, the cover charge at a lot of these events is for the big electricity bill, water bill (from 100 or more! people using the bathroom) and the colored pamphlets.

    8. You said we get our crowns from living the commandments, not for quoting Scriptures. YET you came right after that, and guess what, "QUOTE SCRIPTURES" (Gal 5:22-23). Poor delivery my friend. It's not okay for me to Quote Jesus mentioning of Isaiah 61:1, but it's okay for you to cast shade to say about meekness and gentleness. YOU sound like one on a pedestal here. I get the cover charges, but don't omit to say these who entertain will get paid as well. What is REALLY FALSE, is the way they are going about deliverance. NOT BIBLICAL AT ALL!!! GET OUTTA HERE!!! Your delivery was horrible!

    9. I quoted Scripture because the Scriptures are to be used as a reference point or compass for All Christians! And I don't get anywhere in life by highlighting certain Scriptures and ignoring the rest.

We can make up words all day, but WHOSE Words really matter? Answer: the God of the Bible. Don't like shade thrown at you? Stop throwing it. That is all.

      Delete
    10. No need to get defensive. I could care less why you quoted Scriptures (pat YOURSELF on the BACK as you claim that about others HYPOCRITE). You GOT a problem with other folks quoting Scriptures signifying "A lot of people in the devil's camp know Scriptures", THEN YOU DON'T QUOTE ANY. Also I could care less your shade. YOU missed my point there as well. AGAIN, you want to quote Scriptures tell folks about meekness and gentleness, DONT THROW SHADE, nothing "MEEK" ABOUT BEING SHADY. I was very blunt and straight-forward about what I said, calling these "General Deliverers" ignoramous. And I DID USE SCRIPTURES as a REFERENCE point. AGAIN only two mention of DELIVERANCE in the NT, and ONE TO highlight Jesus' experience in LUKE 4, as he opened THE BOOK TO Isaiah 61:1, NOTING HE SAID HE was the ONE Isaiah prophesied about. After I mentioned that, the other ANONYMOUS casted his shade, just like you did calling me A TROLL. LOL... YOU can follow the rest of the thread on your own. GET OUTTA HERE!!!

    2. Fellow trolls,

This money making syndrome using the church is truly terrible. Our Lord and Savior commissioned his 12 disciples and he told them that they had received the power of healing the sick etc for free, and that they should freely heal the sick, etc without expecting monetary terms, except for food offered unto them (Matthew 10).

More so our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, gave us a gift of eternal life - for free. (John 3:16). Jesus says to us in his word, "If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink." (John 7:37). [Those who are calling us trolls, you sound thirsty!]

      Thank God for salvation!

The LORD is my Shepherd, I shall not want...

    3. Amen..."it is not of works, lest any man should boast".

Whereas it costs us nothing, it cost Him his life.

See...the real "generational curse" is the sin of "UNBELIEF". FOR men and women, from generation upon generation, are guilty, and have fallen short of the Glory of God. The Lord said He came to set all those held captive by unbelief FREE, men, women AND children. HE WANTS all to know that He was the DELIVERER Isaiah wrote about in 61:1.

    4. The cover charge at a lot of these events is for the BIG electricity bill, water bill (from 100 or more! people using the bathroom) and the pamphlets. Pamphlets are papers with the Scriptures printed on them and they have an outline of the message. Or do you prefer handwritten notes?

Some Christians split hairs just to be divided. If I go to the courthouse to get married, there is still a small fee. But the "great minds" feel that it should be free. If I go to a Christian restaurant, by golly, they should feed me for free... because I'm their brother in the Lord!

Registration fees...they help pay the light bill folks. And since the speakers are from out of town, they need to sleep in a motel or somewhere! But the "great minds" like you want them to sleep outside on the lawn where the ants and mosquitos are! Or maybe the pastor of the church can put all 8 of the speakers in his house!!

    5. Anonymous thanks, I really don't think the registration fees for this event is to high at all. $49.00 before November 8, and $69.00 after that date. Very reasonable to me.

    6. @ Anonymous,

Read Matthew 10 for an answer to where the Generals can be lodged and fed at a minimum expense. And no need for fancy clothing either.

    8. Thanks "Get Out of Here",

And since we are on expenses, the $49.00 won't be all the attendees will be persuaded to spend. There will be call for $owing in ministry, $eed money for revamping one's ministry, guiding manuals for deliverance ministry on $ale, CDs & DVDs of recordings on $ale, T-shirts on $ale, bracelets on $ale... We all know the drill. Lol!

The LORD is my Shepherd, I shall not want...

  10. I'm joining the trolls. If the registration fee of $49 is the on time amount...then the $69 one must be the $49 fee plus a late charge. Here's my question, how on earth are you late to be delivered?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. RIGHT $49 for 100 people (I'm quite sure they will pack in way more than that). That's ~$5000 for 3 hours. For 200 people that's $10,000 for 3 hours. I'm gather each of these "ministers" will rack in about $3 grand. They will not all be up every minute of the 3 hours. I'll give each 45 minutes a piece. Sure, they are emulating the GREAT DELIVERER HIMSELF. I'm quite sure, they'll have a love offering. I think these folks should sleep outside on the lawn, cause folks are not going to be delivered with this un-biblical mess. At least at a restaurant, I get the chance to order, pay for what I want, eat what I want, and tip / not tip for good / bad services. Great minds knows this is way more than economics and accommodations. This whole "ministry" is set up on false pretenses.
