Why Didn't Tasha Cobbs Show Up For The Woman of Gospel Event In Toronto Canada Last Night? Was It About The Money?

Image
Reader, there are two sides to every story. People have heard one side and have become the judge, the jury, and the executioner. You cannot come to a conclusion just based off of one party allegedly telling the truth-that is nonsense.

Anyhow rumors are being put forth on social media that Tasha Cobb refused to perform last night in Canada, because the venue hosting the event didn't have all her money.   What is in the dark, always comes to light.

It's Been Reported That First Lady Mae Blake Is A Classy Lady.

Reader in the video below Lady Mae Blake is telling it like it is.The Church of God in Christ (COGIC) 66th International Women's Convention and Crusade descended on Detroit, Michigan at the end of May and concluded on June 3, 2016. The four-day event was filled large hats, blinged-out dresses and men and women color-coordinated as specified on COGIC website for uniform colors.

The convention was opened with a "Gospel Explosion" concert headlined by COGIC very own Dorinda Clark-Cole. Throughout the day and into the evening, there were powerful sermons delivered by Mother Willie Mae Rivers, Lady Vanessa Wells-Macklin, Supervisor Dianne M. Bogan and the Presiding Bishop himself, Charles Blake. However, the sermon that's being applauded throughout these internet streets and on social media was delivered by the first lady of COGIC, Lady Mae Blake (wife of Bishop Blake).

The First Lady of the COGIC addressing the false rumors that have come out against her beloved husband in whom she's well pleased with and her family.   In my opinion, COGIC 1st Lady Mae Blake is such a Godly example of a First Lady with class and how a wife covers her husband through prayer.

Everyone not happy with 1st Lady Mae Blake:

    6. @ME...that's pretty much all they do from the pulpit, especially when they can't get the congregation to comply.

  3. Lord help our church. I can't recognized the. church that Bishop Mason organized. I love this church, but God is not pleased, all this stuff going on is not biblical. Pride comes before destruction and a haulty spirit before a fall. The true saints of God need to come together and pray, truly pray for God to shut all this mess down. People spend thousands of dollars coming to these conventions for spiritual edification and everything ends up with a political theme. I'm tired of it. If we all get together as 2 Chronicles 7:14 says all this foolishness would ceased. We are the church that what we do, we handle things according to God's mandate in his word. I don't have a platform, I don't want a position that I have to continually pay and contend for. I just want to please Jesus.

  4. This “First Lady” needs to do a real study of 1 Corinthians to note that covering her head has nothing to do with covering her husband. For her to make reference to Elder Carter as "Satan" is pure sensationalism and emotionalism, suggesting to her listener, she has some great discernment. And to say these attacks are made at the time "an election for the top position is in the near future" is just SIMPLY LUDICROUS. Do they care more about position than godliness? And as par for the course, this debacle shows the lack of courage of Blake himself, having his wife address his problems with Elder Carter. Elder Carter said on many occasions, he was willing to meet with Blake, only black Blake threw him under the bus, and now he is going through the backdoor (no pun intended), to have his wife defend him. Her silly reference to Blake as “finding no fault in this man” is a biblical reference to JESUS ONLY. I’ve been married over 33 years, and love my wife, children and grandchildren, and my wife, like many other wives has never said she has found no fault in me. Why? Because I have faults.I mean this type language, as well as some other vernacular used saying “He did not need me to fight” and “When I come to your corner wounded”, most men don’t talk like that especially to his wife. Blake should be ashamed of himself. I’m guessing more and more now the allegations about him may be true. I still can’t get over his relationship with Gnomes, having this man preach in his pulpit where over 100 people walked out. THERE IS DEFINITELY A DEAD CAT ON THE LINE! #JuanitaHater...

  5. I tremendously enjoyed the presentation of Lady Blake.I know some people complain that she always has to 'read from a piece of paper'. However, it didn't strike me as being inappropriate or outlandish. It was touching. Hopefully, this 'storm' in the COGIC will soon pass over.

    1. I could care less she read from a paper. Shows she contemplated what she would say. Unlike a lot of their ministers who don't study, just winging it loosely becoming insensible most of the times.

  7. Lord this is a Joke why is she responding to Dr Earl Carter that's his job and the fact she's saying something makes Bishop Blake look even more guiltily she's reading a statement and was probably paid off to read.

  8. So the good Bishop's wife is out of line, we see who's wearing the pants in that marriage... what's new?

    1. RIGHT...I'm beginning to wonder her character, just by her presentation here. I mean what woman of her age feel the need to address her man is "all man" before a congregation of people. Somethings need not be said even in your very own defense. Everyone know Blake is married and has produced children. For her to overextend with this comment was uncalled for.

    2. Yep. First thing Blake should've done was to be the man and get in that mic and deny everything. Exact thing Eddie Long should've done.

  9. If Boom and Jamal can reconcile Why can't Blake and Carter. For the sake of the body of Christ brothers need to get this stuff straight.
