A Shelter Require Homeless Women To Attend Megachurch And Tithe!!

Reader this is a doggone shame, a homeless woman says a shelter required her to attend Church of the Highlands, even though a church where she was a member was about a block away.
A women's shelter in Birmingham requires all residents to board a
van and attended worship services at the Woodlawn branch of the Church of the Highlands each Sunday. They're not given the option to attend any other church. They're also required to tithe every week, despite being homeless.

Dr. Earl Carter Gay Homosexuality -The Message That Started It All!

Reader, is this what caused Elder Earl Carter to be ousted from his beloved COGIC organization?  Elder Carter has uploaded once again the controversial message making a point that he only spoke what thus saith the Lord.

Some on social media are saying that Dr. Carter was not ousted, neither was he black balled, as some may say and the message is not the root cause of Dr. Carter problems.   What do yall think? Let's talk in the comment section. Was he Elder Carter ousted and ostracize for speaking the truth and not watering or sugarcoating his belief?

  1. Here is my conviction. This man is preaching what many in the church DO NOT want to hear. Now, I DO NOT 'AT ALL' validate name calling of Homosexual people because speaking the TRUTH IN LOVE by the Spirit of God is what brings conviction unto repentance. But, Jesus called the Scribes and Pharisees...Blind, Hypocrites, Whited sepulchres, Full of dead mens bones, and of all uncleanness, etc...Matt. 23:23-33. Respectfully, that is Hard for us (the church) to accept, BUT, Jesus said it. So, is that HATE speech? Read it for yourself!! We are commanded to call sinners to repentance as we all have SINED. We live in an Adulterous, Corrupt, and Ungodly nation as well as all over the world....BIBLE. So unless we are willing to turn from our wicked ways God WILL NOT hold his anger forever, Psalms 103. I'm not just picking out scriptures because God's Word doesn't lie and we will reap what we sow. So let the church get right with God and cry out for His Mercy. In Christ Alone, RLR.

    1. Thanks Anonymous I do agree. I do believe his words display a lack of compassion. But we absolutely should condemn sin but it still should be birthed in love.

  2. It was definitely the delivery for sure. These are his beliefs and he is standing on them. We all been in a situation where we had to take a moral stand, lose some and friends along the way. Integrity means more than what others may think of me for sure.

  3. For this message, I didn't hear any backlash from any of the homosexuals at that service. I heard the one gay dude (Andrew Caldwell) cited being blessed by his message. And according to Elder Carter himself, many gays sought him for follow on discipleship. The biggest complaint I heard from the gay community was their critizing him, not so much this man's delivery, but his message. I expected that from them. This makes me wonder the others of you saying his delivery was the problem. I'm really not sure any better approach to this sinful and the flamboyant display in God's house, seemingly without any type of shame at all. This man has the gift of prophecy. And for anyone who is familiar with this gift, it is known that prpohets call attention to sin and wrong attitude. Prophets are passionate about exposing sin so that truth can be revealed and fellowship with God can be restored. You get this feel from Elder Carter even with all his follow on dermons. We want to talk in one breath about "operating in our gift", but the fools who use this phrase have no clue what this really means... for those who questions Elder Carter's delivery, my question to you is how would you have handled years of silence to an obvious display of disrespect for the presence of God in His house, and ministers allowing this sinful lifestyle and behavior to flourish? Personally, I had no problem with the message, the messenger nor his delivery....#juanitahater...

  4. We can't play around with sin and dress it up so that folks won't be offended... John the Baptist wasn't nice with his delivery and the people he preached to sins were brought before them. Jesus wasn't nice in His delivery when he called the religious leaders on the carpet... So why do the preacher have to be nice in our delivery? Call sin for what it is...

    1. My point exactly...
