The Seventh Principle Of Kwanzaa:Imani!

Reader, today January 1st is the seventh and last principle of Kwanzaa.  Imani principle teaches personal and collective efficacy. Mary McLeod Bethune says: “Without faith nothing is possible; with faith nothing is impossible. Faith in god is the greatest power, but great too is faith in oneself”. Howard Thurman teaches that faith is the “promise of tomorrow at the close of every day, the triumph of life in the defiance of death.”

  1. IMANI - FINALE...

  2. Come on Anonymous, you don't like Kwanzaa?

    1. Not really. It's just another program and social outlet for Black people. The principles are just a subtle way of getting Black people away from the "highest" commands of Scriptures. SORRY, but I don't see any good coming out of a dream where the goals are unrealistic, almost like a utopia.
