Lord Have Mercy: Greensboro Congregation Pays Pastor's Way To Super Bowl 50?!?!

Reader South Carolina Pastor Ronald Wilson is usually giving sermons Sunday mornings, but not Super Bowl Sunday. His congregation at Kingdom Vision Life Center in Greensboro surprised him with an all-expenses-paid trip to the Super Bowl! "Usually, I'm a man of words," Pastor Wilson said. "I had none."

  1. That's nice, now I hope he/they will do in kind for a needy person in the congregation.

  2. I don't see sin in what they did here, Ssad pastors now a day are categorized as greedy and money grubbers, and church is looked upon as a place of hypocricy who do real ministry, Truth be told there are good pastors who feed their flock and good churches who respect their leaders. If this is the case here and this is how the congregation wants to display this type love, do be it.

  3. Sin? No, not part of the story. Just being nice to their pastor. No more, no less.

    1. Some people believe that Christians going to worldly events like the Super Bowl is sin, especially so for a pastor.

    2. OK, if the pastor had a child (boy) and he played football, baseball or basketball etc. would it be a sin for the father, mother and or siblings to attends the games or tournaments?

  4. Something about this is not right.
