  1. 1 John 2:15-17 15 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.

16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.

    1. Her beliefs are her beliefs. It doesn't mean, I'm going to stop supporting her ministry or her. We all have to stop judging and start listening before we all go bashing one another. She was raised in the church and so was I. You can not compromise nor accommodate yourself for your fans.. You have to remain real at all times. I believe that will give your fans a glimpse of who you are as a person and not just the "super star"... Great read/article in my opinion.

  3. She's is right. Sin is sin. Period...For some reason when one's sin is talked about the one who is committing the sin try to say you are ANTI whatever they are. Anti gay, Anti semitic, anti this anti that. If you feel that what you are doing is right, keep doing it. Don't get angry if others do not agree. LOVERS OF THEMSELVES

  4. I read the article and I don't see anything wrong with her statements. Just because I disagree with you, that doesn't give me a pass to abuse you. And just because we believe differently, it doesn't mean I don't love you.
I really wish we could all get that...hetero/homo, conservative/liberal, christian/muslim/buddhist/agnostic, whatever. Stop letting labels keep you from being the most important one....human.

  6. I agree with Erica that sin is sin, but my issue is why would they allow male strippers on their reality show. This is an example of trying to play both sides of the fence. I knew it was for ratings but that was on my mind when I read the article. This is why what she said was so important since every now and I read about sinful behavior plaguing some of our gospel artists. These are my thoughts and hope constructive dialogue can follow.
