Why Didn't Tasha Cobbs Show Up For The Woman of Gospel Event In Toronto Canada Last Night? Was It About The Money?

Image
Reader, there are two sides to every story. People have heard one side and have become the judge, the jury, and the executioner. You cannot come to a conclusion just based off of one party allegedly telling the truth-that is nonsense.

Anyhow rumors are being put forth on social media that Tasha Cobb refused to perform last night in Canada, because the venue hosting the event didn't have all her money.   What is in the dark, always comes to light.

Pastor Le'Andria Johnson Fans Have Some Harsh Comments About Her New Look!

Lord have mercy, some folks don't like change. Pastor Le'Andria is trying something new, so she posted the above pic to her Facebook page along with the following comment: New look, New day, New me. And of course, some of her fans don't like the new look, and or letting her know.

  1. Pastor please stay true! I love the dress and handbag,,,but this is what the industry does to you when you sign that contract. Everything changes about you and you have to go by what they say and what to wear....yes she has a narrow face and the hair makes her face look longer and weird looking. Love her voice, preaching, etc but pastor stay real and true to yourself and not soo deep into it. We all love you!!

  3. Huh? Why are some individuals criticizing the shape of her facial structure? What has that got to do with anything? God dictated her DNA! God made her! What about your face, or the shape of your physique? What about the physical appearance of your family members? You mean to tell me that you all have kept the same exact look and style and hairdo for decades? Do you still look exactly the same as you did five years ago. We are simply too critical ! That`s why the world cant see Jesus in us because we are in the way. We have watched/heard so much foolishness from the TV/Media/Internet that we think we cant put everybody else down,as long as no one can see that we are "Tore-up, from the floor-up". That type of criticism is ridiculous and uncalled for. Just because some people may choose to walk around looking like they`re stuck in some Time-Warp doesn't mean everybody has to look that way. . Neither do we as free people have to ask the master, our neighbor or co-workers or anyone else, what we should put on or change. How we dress, fix our hair or any of those types of inquiries about our person are decisions made by free individuals. Even though some people need assistance when it comes to style/hair/make-up, we all could make improvements or changes. Even a husband may desire his wife to spruce up a bit or you may want your husband to change up a little. Sometimes I hear these same types of criticism in women`s gatherings and group settings. "Girl look at those shoes she got on", What made her dye her hair that color? "She`s too skinny! ", "She too dark for him". Critical people talking about folks as if THEY really got it going on or something. Some of us really need to hear what our enemies think about our clothes/shapes/hair/bodies. That would curtail some of those needless/useless silly comments coming from poisonous tongues. If we want to criticize some body`s DNA composition then, you need to tell it to God because he is the one who made us all . Isn't that the exact same spirit that racists espouse when talking about negroes? "Their lips are too big, their behinds are to huge, their noses are large". " They wish they had soft beautiful hair like us. That`s why they wear wigs and weaves because they are cursed with that nappy hair". But, God made us ! I`m sure Le`Andria has a mirror, so when she studies her new look she will appraise it and make the necessary alterations/changes that may be more becoming to her individual style/position.

  4. Anonymous I agree, change is good for all of us, even though change might hurt a little in the beginning but in the end it can be well worth it. She's trying something new and I really applaud her effort in stepping outside of her comfort zone.

  5. NO NO NO...I believe her new image does not reflect the type of music she sing. I believe this new image will hurt her career. IJS!

  8. Why is she so skinny???

  9. I love the short hair look on Le'Andria, not feeling the make up, way too much concealer. Not a good look for a pastor.

  10. The issue is not how the woman of God looks. The issue is when her looks become a distaction from her works. When others look at ministers they must be able to see the ministry of Christ. PERIOD!

  11. Distractions manifest themselves in many different ways. Are we going to start judging make-up/hair & weight now? What`s a good look for a Pastor? Make-up vs no make-up. Wigs vs Team Natural? Can you see Christ if a woman Pastor has on a pants suit? What if the Pastor has on a pair of Berluti or Stefano Bemer shoes? What about Leaders who take up offerings weekly for twenty years , but the church is still raggedy as a can of Sauerkraut. What about over weight or slightly obese Pastors? Should heavy-set female/male Pastors be labeled as gluttonous? Putting on 60 or 80 extra pounds is worse than make-up, that can be washed off . Over indulging is almost like a slow form of suicide when one starts to put on too much weight that can destroy the body/Temple of God. Bad eating habits can cause sickness/diseases that can cause an early demise. Is an over-weight Leader a bad example or distraction to the Flock of God? Does obesity distract from the message of the Gospel? How about if a Pastor has been divorced (these things do happen in the church for whatever reason) and then remarries? Is that also a distraction? Should he stay single after the divorce so his New spouse wont cause a distraction? You see how a lot of things we judge people by, can become very subjective to our own personal bias? Do you take a Selfie before leaving the house and ask for every ones opinion about how you look? Are you secure in your presentation of yourself or do you need the opinion of others to feel confident? Why in the world would Le`Andriea ever feel the need to please people? That being said, I really hope she is doing well. We do need to pray for her and for all those who claim to belong to Christ. She does need our love and prayers and by the end of the day , we all NEED prayer.

  12. Interesting, but I never said her appearance was a distraction. Fact is however, u talked about many things that seems to have garnered your attention... except for the impact of her ministry.

  13. Christian's must remember, a minister's point and purpose is to sacrifice themselves for the cause of Christ. What 'sacrifice' means will very immensely. But God being the object of attention will not.
