It’s one thing to be angry, it’s another to “sound off” at the wrong time. In no way should this young lady be fired for speaking out in a moment of anger, we have all done it, but most definitely reprimanded. You can read the back story on this incident here! Some folks are doing to much in my opinion in their talks of boycotting the magazine and in asking that she be fired. She was wrong in how she handled the incident with Fantasia, but to call for her to be fired is over kill.
This so reminds me of a sermon preach by Bishop Jake's many years ago titled “Anger resides in the Bosom of fools.” The word “anger” is just one letter short of the word “danger.” When you lose control you risk losing other things as well, like the respect of others or the chance to find a better solution. If anger is not handled correctly it can hurt and destroy us. Lesson learn!
