Some Things Are Just Wrong.

I like A&E's documentary series Intervention. In one episode there was this alcoholic whose name is Pam. The producers of the show allow her to drive knowing that she was intoxicated. As Pam made her way to the front door — stopping first at the refrigerator to take a swig of vodka for the road you could hear a producer for the show speak up. You have had a lot to drink,” the voice from off camera said. “Do you want one of us to drive?” Pam was loud “No, I can drive. I can drive,” she mumbled. She then got into her car, managed to get out of the parking lot and drove off. The camera crew followed, filming her as she tried to keep her car between the lines. My question is what happens if she kills someone? Could A&E be held responsible for the accident? Could they said it would have happen any way we was just filming it? But really its a moral question. Some times I wonder were these people head is at when they are filming some of this stuff. Do they really care about the people or is it all about the rating?
