Will Heaven Itself Have A Wall Of Separation?!?!?

Good Thursday morning online congregation, in my opinion this is one of the main reason that racism and hate is alive and flourshing in our world.  White evangelicals still pushing separation from the pulpit. God told His people to March around the wall of Jericho 7 times and then shout it down. I don't think God likes walls.

The text Jeffers references in Revelation 21 is a metaphorical description of the church, not an actual walled city. Even if you read it literally, which ignores it's actual meaning, it it stated the gates of the city are never closed. It has a gate not a wall and it opens and lets people in.

The Bible seems clear! We will all live together as a big family. God's family! There will not be any more differences, divisions or "I am better than thou" attitudes, and it sure don't say anything about segregation by way of a wall.

Are racist, xenophobe, Hispanophobe and Nationalist white Evangelicals like Jerry Falwell Jr, Robert Jeffress, Pat Robertson and Paula White misquoting the Bible to justify the building of a wall? It seems so.  Racist Robert Jeffress, pastor of First Baptist Dallas Church in Texas and a longtime Trump supporter, appeared on “Fox & Friends” Sunday to push back on the argument from House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) and other Democrats that the wall is “immoral.”

“The Bible says even Heaven itself is gonna have a wall around it,” Jeffress said on the show. “Not everybody is going to be allowed in. So if walls are immoral, then God is immoral.”

Yall drop down in my comment section and tell me why, exactly, would Heaven ‘need’ a Wall?

  1. I think he's referring to Rev. 21:12. He's right.

  2. I don’t care how you try and spin this a new heaven, and new earth: the new Jerusalem where God dwells, and banishes all sorrow from his people. (1-8) Its heavenly origin, glory, and secure defence. (9-21) Its perfect happiness, as enlightened with the presence of God and the Lamb, and in the free access of multitudes, made holy. (22-27)
The new heaven and the new earth will not be separate from each other; the earth of the saints, their glorified, bodies, will be heavenly. The old world, with all its troubles and tumults, will have passed away. Troll you and that racist Jeffress can try all you want the Bible doesn’t suggest that there will be a wall of separation.

  3. I don't know if heaven will have a wall, but nothing is immoral about having one. GOD commanded walls to be built in the Old Testament. So to say GOD doesn't like walls is laughable. There's nothing hateful or xenophobic about wanting a wall up. GOD won't let everyone into his kingdom, neither should America.

  5. The evangelicals are the false prophets Jesus warned about. In Acts 10:34-35, St. Peter says "I now realize how true it is that God does not show favoritism but accepts from every nation the ones who fear Him and do what's right." Racism in any form is repugnant to God.

  6. Stop lying on Jesus. What Peter said had to do with salvstion, not about building a wall. You ought to be ashamed!

    3. If one can be gay and Christian, why not racist and Christian? If a preacher can take money from poor black folks using the Word of God to lavish their lifestyle and go to heaven, why not a white preacher who supports the policy of a wall? How come he cant get in? We really need to be careful on how WE SHOW PARTIALITY talking about who is going to go to heaven.
