Is "All Sin The Same”?

Reader, what y'all think, is all sin the same? This article is right. All sin does not have the same consequences on earth. I can steal from someone and it never affects them the way it does if I were to attack or murder them are their loved one. However, all unrepented sin leads to an eternity in hell for the unbeliever and an eternity of diminished reward for the believer. That being said, we as believers have to stop treating unbelievers as if one sin is worse than another. When talking to an unbeliever, I don't care if the person is a thief or a homosexual, an adulterer or an alcoholic. All I care about is getting that person to understand Christ's love and to accept His lordship over their life.

  1. “For many are deceived by their own vain opinion; and an evil suspicion hath overthrown their judgment.” Ecclesiasticus 3:24

"Jesus answered, Thou couldest have no power at all against me, except it were given thee from above: therefore he that delivered me unto thee hath the greater sin." John 19:11

  2. Whatever is not of faith is sin. But clearly God discriminates and we must too. But the rejection of Christ is the greatest sin, and an unrepentant person is guilty of it.
