Fix It Jesus: An Accused Rapist To Speak At Christian Men's Conference????

Reader, I am oh so tired of professional athletes, politicians and celebrities getting a pass on their bad behavior. They have this mind set that no one can do anything to me. I’m a star and who is going to stop me. Then they top it all off by saying “I’m a Christian, and I’m forgiven."

According to The Christian Post, Ignite a weekend Christian conference that expects to attract some 10,000 men to Liberty University, is drawing criticism for including on their speakers list accused rapist and NFL quarterback Ben Roethlisberger and Dr. Joe White, president of Kanakuk Kamps, who is being sued for covering up sexual abuse of boys.

  1. Miss Ann,

The end times are surely upon us. Christianity is claimed by the famous and perverts. SMH.

Well if believers know these folks, all they have to do is stay home and not partake of this foolishness.

"But when men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the "wheat", and went his way.

  2. I remember the rotehlisberger case, Nothing happened to him and his life went on in the NFL.

Let's see now, PETA is STILL trying to keep Michael Vick in the spotlight over some animals.
They get a pass and we go to jail and are deprived of earning a living.

    1. True!

They get a pass because they belong to a "club" or "society". To which we can't belong and be given a slap on the wrist. And that's how the world is.

But, as believers, we have a God who can deliver us from evil. All we have to do is pray (Matthew 6:6-13).

  3. They are the White Evangelical Christians so they believe in there minds that they can say or do anything and it's OK. When did Big Ben , Tony Stewart with his Bipolar disorder and Profanity and Hot Temper say that they were Christians. It's at Liberty University the racist church that Falwell founded that should tell you something. All hail to white power of the White Evangelical Christians.
