Atheist Minister Removed From United Church Due To Her Beliefs?!?!?!?

Reader excuse me but if you're an atheist, what is the point of remaining in a church as a member of its clergy? I don't get it!  The only mistake I see here is that the church waited to darn long to kick her butt out.

"A committee of the United Church of Canada has decided that a clergywoman who came out as atheist over 15 years ago is "not suitable" to remain an ordained minister of the denomination."
Gretta Vosper, a pastor for the United Church of Canada who doesn't believe in God, was stripped of her position even though her congregation was 100% on her side. A subcommittee within the church's leadership called on Vosper to be reviewed with her position hanging in the balance. In a 19-4 vote she has been removed from her position. But, shouldn't it be 23-0. That 4 also need to be removed. What's your thoughts,  do you agree?

  1. 15 YEARS LATER they decided to get rid of her?!?!

15 years of a non-believer teaching about other about a Christ she doesn't believe in?
15 years and know one AT LEAST tried to win HER TO CHRIST?

They need to fire the church board, the staff, choir director, ushers, deacons and anybody the considered themselves part of the church staff.

Cause you can best believe this would never happen in a Jewish, Muslim, or other religions.

    1. This church is preaching another gospel. That's how she slipped by for the 15 years. Otherwise she would have left the church the moment she stopped believing in God.

Christians must be careful not to trust church leaders. It's always about the $.
