Trump says he’s fulfilled his promises to Christians, but he really means white evangelicals

Reader according to The Washington Post, it sounds like 45 will be fulfilling no more campaign promises made to white conservative evangelicals. I repeat, in "my opinion", white conservative evangelical Christians are among the very worst people this country has every produced. Given half a chance, they would re-institute slavery, stone women to death in the streets for adultery (but never the men), legalize rape, execute homosexuals en masse, cart Jews off to the gas chambers, and set the world on fire all in the name of their god. We know this because they tell us that's what they want to do. They're proud of their hate until you call them monsters. Then you're attacking their faith and they're being "persecuted."

New OWN Series ‘Greenleaf’ Make Painstaking Inquiries Into The Drama Of A Memphis Megachurch!

Reader the son of the late former Presiding Bishop of the Church of God in Christ Bishop James O. Patterson Sr., Benjamin Jimerson-Phillips is claiming that Oprah new series drama Greenleaf which aired its first episode last night is about his family. Mr. Phillips posted that he understand the show is a fictionalization series, not a biographical series, but it's still pretty easy to follow the parallels:
A). Black Mega Church based in Memphis (Only Black Mega Church to ever come from Memphis is COGIC/otherwise it would have been better to base the church in ATL where there are at least 10 black megachurches)
B). Pastor is Bishop James O. Greenleaf (COGIC Leader was Bishop James O. Patterson)
C). The Bishop & his family have a spotless public reputation (but behind closed doors, there are illegitimate children, disappearing millions of dollars, drugs and alcohol, sibling rivalry & corruption).

  1. This is a good example of art imitating life which in turn imitates art. It could be an uncovering of how some people believe megachurch families to be based on the known but unpublicized dysfunction seem in many clergy families including my own.
