Do You Believe That The Orlando Shooting Was An Act Of God? Prophet Brian Carn Does!

Reader it's very sad to see the hate speech coming against the LGBT community in this terrible incident in Orlando where 49 people were gunned down in a club. I'm very disappointed that Prophet Brian Carn has publicly gone live stating that this is an act of God's wrath. Prophets should be careful as mouthpieces of the Lord, that their own biases, prejudices, fears and issues don't skew the truth.  I get he is conservative, but this is going too far. It is self-righteous talk, and perhaps internal fears of his own. What do you think?

Larry D Reid Live took on Prophet Carn and his comment.

  1. Ms. Ann, Brian Carns is a certified idiot...seriously......it is his messages like his that destroy the kingdom and would have folks turn away from God...and its messages like his that would produce more mass killing of this kind of hate....

    1. This is the same fool who said the Charleston 9 got shot because they had no discernment and pretty much because they are AME....this guy is the biggest joke ever and all that tongue talking and hollering and jerking just shows he has a mental problem!

  2. Did Prophet Carn say a'decadence day' is a celebration in Orlando gay and lesbian people toast alcoholic drinks to God? That is the first time I've heard of such an act...I Googled it, looked on Wikipedia, asked a few Floridians and I have come up with nothing. Can someone help me out here because when he said it, the people gasped with horror and then began to really agree with him so if such an act or day exists, I've love to know more information on it so that I can do further research. If such a day does not exist however, Elder Carn should repent for lying in the sanctuary of the Most High.

    1. Agreed. If Carn is talking about this month being celebrated as LGBT month, then ok. But hey, I guess he forgot about John 10:10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

  3. You have people that think this way, with the platform to persuade others to think the same way they do....sad.

This makes my skin crawl and hits close to home. Being that this is the one year anniversary of "The Charleston Nine", where innocent people in South Carolina were slain and were actually IN CHURCH, what do "Christians" have to say about that? It sickens me that this tragedy has sparked so much hatred in people, especially in the church where people are saying that God was in the Orlando tragedy. Those people were innocently living their lives in Florida, just like the folk were innocently living their lives in South Carolina...going to Bible Study. If "God" was that...keep "that" to yourself. It could've been me and it could've been you, whether it was a gay club, a church, or a post office! It could've been US! Keep all this other stuff and love on your loved ones right now. People need it right now. Just LOVE. That's where you'll find the real and living God.

    1. Don't compare those going to bible study with those going to a gay night club looking for hook ups and drinking as innocentky the same. Just because they died as victims doesn't mean they lived lives morally.

  6. There are many who believe this whole Orlando shooting was a staged event. Now it's being reported an anonymous police officer says a guy by the name of James Howell was part of a CIA plan to attack gay night club in LA and Orlando. James Howell did not follow through with the plan after witnessing the fate of Omar Mateen. It's no surprise as scriptures has made us aware of wickedness in high places. And we know the history of the evil of this nations government intelligence. SO for folks to get all riled up knowing only the story of sympathy is part of a bigger plan of Satan to seek and destroy. He's keeping the pot at a low steady heat so all will feel comfortable dying.

  7. Remember when pastors would provide comfort and aid to victims of tragedies.

Now they just seem to gloat and say, " I told you so".

  8. My perspective is to leave ALL discussion behind until we comfort these victims. I have read several blog posts here and on other sites, and to all of these "prophetic" people I have this one question: Why did any other of these individuals share Christ with these club goers attending Pulse? I remember the time where we did not go into these venues, but we shared bottled water, had meaningful conversations, sowed the "seed" of repentence, etc. Whenever there is a tragedy like this, the first thing to do is pray and intercede for victims and residents alike. Carn has discredited himself so much that any move of God happening at his Encounters is due to God's grace. I will keep any judgements to myself and pray for people in my prayer closet. Prayer has stopped terrorist attacks before and will do so if people show compassion and righteousness.
