Question Of The Day: Who Is Your Christ??

Readers, I love the above and below pic. Every race has their own interpretation of what Yeshua looked like. He was a Nazarene, wasn't light brown soft hair white and blue eyed  even though that actor did a good job. He would have had more Semite features than Caucasian. I loved this pictures, well done.

In the end, it doesn't matter what color or race you think He was, or is, the real question is, is He your Redeemer? Have you accepted Him as the HaMashiach?

Praise God on whom all blessings flow, Praise Him all creatures here below, Praise Him above The Heavenly Host, Praise Father Son And Holy Ghost.

  1. No one knows what Jesus looked like or for that any people from the bible. To put a face on a prophet etc... is in my opinion wrong. Jesus was not a Christian based on the bible he practiced what Moses believed. He did not believe in graven images and I don't understand the need to put a face on any of them especially when we do not know what they looked like. You will never see that in the Islamic faith.

  2. 2 Corinthians 5:16 Therefore, from now on, we regard no one according to the flesh. Even though we have known Christ according to the flesh, yet now we know Him thus no longer....those who actually saw Him did not use the fact that they saw Him with their eyes to try and lift themselves up, His own mother according to the flesh didn't recognize Him initially after the resurrection. ..but here we are still arguing over His race as if that gives any race bonus points as to whether He's the same color. Theres a reason its written in the commandments not to make any graven image of anything in heaven, for one, we wouldn't get it right, and 2 we would make said image in our image and eventually start to worship an idol.

    1. Amen John..YOU ARE 100% ON POINT...Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth: (Exodus 20:4)...There is no need for any race to have any "interpretation of what Christ looks like".

    2. Sorry I was so vague, I didn't mean here on this blog specifically, I just meant in general, you still have people who will fight you tooth and nail over this subject.

  3. Don't really like to see images depicting what Jesus Christ supposedly looked like....I think if it were that important....He would have left us a photograph.....He left what was most important....His, when I look in the mirror, I see His image in me, as well I think everybody should....that's good enough for me..... especially when my life, transformed by His Word, reflects His nature & His character, through my words & deeds as I interact with others on His behalf.....but, I'll admit....considering the place of his birth, his human heritage & lineage, & the culture in which he lived.....this image is more historically correct than the ones hanging in most American churches & Christian homes.....images projected throughout “Western” FACT….

  4. Come on Jesus with dreads... Insane...this is no better than Jesus with blond hair and blue eyes...
