Is This Event Like A Step Towards The One World Religion??

Image
Reader thanks to Forerunner Chronicles Christopher Hudson for this post. What are your thoughts on this event? Forty plus speakers from around the world and across the streams of Christianity as they gather to seek the Lord for Unity and Revival as Jesus prayed in John 17, 'so the world will know him'.

Fix It Jesus Erica Campbell Is Doing To Much?!!?

Everything permissible is not acceptable. Don't care how Erica spin it and what scripture she attach to it to justify her personal actions which were clearly for financial gain.

In my humble opinion, Erica Campbell really hurt her brand with her latest effort. It's not a good look for her it was not a good choice for her.  Anytime you have to take to defending and explaining your concept of the Gospel to your "followers" you got some serious problems yourself in understanding the Gospel message. Erica Campbell posted the following message and pic to Facebook:
I know people have an idea of what should and shouldn't be called gospel. But you can't assume what or who God will use. If something isn't for you it isn't a reason to judge or bash just because it's not your thing. The song I Luh (love) God for those who don't speak slang, it's a ghetto Love song acknowledging how I feel about God. He doesn't care about the beat, people do. We serve a universal God who will and can use a rock to give Him praise. I don't think God is offended when ppl express their Love and praise to Him. He only judges your heart your intention and MY intention is to have ppl EVERYWHERE saying I Luh (love) God... And I won't stop until my mission is complete.

    1. Called To Contend I agree Erica need to sit her hips down. How do you make a video for trap gospel song without embracing the culture? Erica should've left it alone with just the song she knew ppl would have a problem with a video like this church folks don't want to hear it. But seem like to me the spotlight is also overcoming Erica and the message is being blurred by the drive to be rich and famous especially for warryn (however HW spells it.) If you watch the show. Other then help I'm not a big fan anyway.

    1. Erica already knew this was going to happen. I can't speak for everyone, but most who share my perspective are addressing the choice to make this gospel song take on more secular attributes than is necessary. We don't have to sound/look like and have the "swag" of the world to have impact on the lost.

    2. OMG...until I heard You don't love God what's wrong with you? I thought it was RAP. This is Erica Campbell at her worst!!!! Disappointed this is why I don't follow these Sunday pretend church folks. Don't auction your soul to the devil. I think Tina is a far, far, far GREATER artist anyway but however E" I guess it is about those coinSSS.

    1. Foolish. Not surprised. The people she's around can't rightly divide scripture so how can she?

  5. Trap gospel indeed!! Satan is trapping these so-called Christian singers with dollar bills to spew out this garbage and title it as Christian music. You might as well get Shabba Ranks and Shaggy to join in and have everybody wanting to "I Luh God, SHABBA!!"

  6. How does this song supposed to help and draw souls to Christ? This song sound no different than a Chris Brown or Usher music, only thing different is she uses the word " God." This song will misguide a whole lot of people that's truly looking for Christ, cause can't nobody tell me that the Lord was on your mind thru that entire song. That song sound like it can be played in a club or something, for those that know the word of God, I can tell by your comments. For the one's that don't know it, you don't see the problem in this song, your response is; it ain't no correct way to worship God. But there is; the bible says; be ye separate from the world, meaning people of God will stand out from the world, you will see the difference but now day's everybody trying to please people and not God. Yea not everyone understands the bible, but if your truly seeking God with your whole heart, the Lord will give you that understanding, the bible say; seek and ye shall find me. You don't gotta let someone rap to you the gospel to understand, the world n God are totally different, you can not combine them! And this song is basically hip hop and rap with God mentioned in it.

  8. Pray for her to have a real born again experience. That is the only way for her to see how she have believed that she is serving the true and living God & the truth other matter she is not... Not just her but many more who are in the same deception.

  9. if yall act like this about this one song then I imagine yall think Christian hip hop artists are one step away from the Devil, huh......

  10. Too bad her mission is to have everyone saying "I luh God" and not have them actually learning to "LOVE GOD".

  11. When a secular music artist makes a Cd/album what does he do? That artist usually goes on tour to promote that album. Now let me ask you this: If you already have the album why do you need to go see that artist in person? The answer is because of the show and the entertainment. You will pay more than you did for the album because you desire to be entertained.
So when a Christian singer makes an album what does he usually do? He goes on tour in order to promote his album. And why do people pay money to hear him sing songs they already have on a Cd? It’s because they wish to be entertained. And that artist makes a great deal of money and the process mirrors that of the secular world.
And if music suddenly disappeared from the human experience how many professing believers would fall away? Or if there was no money at all to be made through music how many Christian artists would travel and do “concerts”? How much of the western Christian experience is built upon secular practices and not the life and teachings of Jesus? Hmm… reference: Judahslion.blogspot.com

  12. Yall tripping the song is hot that is GOOD music I don't see why anyone who likes hip hip and God wouldn't like that song.

  13. That' s the problem it is not God music. Get born again & the holy spirit will show you the truth behind this song. The LordJesus has nothing to do with this song. She is dong her on thing. Not the will of the Lord.
