Serena Williams On Forgiviness And Retruning To Indian Wells!


According to COURTNEY NGUYEN, Serena Williams will end her 14-year boycott of the BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells, Calif., returning to the tournament for the first time since an ugly racial incident overshadowed her run to the title in 2001. In an essay published by TIME.com, Serena says it's time for forgiveness.



Good for you Serena!  Love the charitable organization, she's partnering with here.  For some reason, it seems to be a lot easier to hold on to the anger and hurt feelings associated with an injustice. For that reason we become comfortable with the feeling of retribution because we somehow want to punish the one that hurt us.
