Some Christians Are Upset With Bishop Jakes For Having The Nerve To Address The Racial Divide In America!

Some of the comments on Facebook are downright hateful.
According to charismanews.com, Bishop T.D. Jakes, New York Times best-selling author, leader and speaker, will join a mostly right leaning panel, in hosting a "Healing the Racial Divide" summit Jan. 15 at The Potter's House. The forum, comprised of approximately 75 racially and culturally diverse Christian faith leaders from around the nation, including former Atlanta mayor and U.N. Ambassador Andrew Young, will take practical steps toward racial reconciliation across America.

  1. Thank you Bishop Jakes for joining efforts in finding answers that are needed ... time to listen ... time to focus ... time to pray and seek the guidance of God that is so needed ... time to be open and embrace what will bring change.

  2. I am a Member of The Potter's House Main Campus Church.
Bishop T.D. Jakes is my Pastor.
He is a man of INTEGRITY and one of the absolute FINEST Pastors in America.
I am AMAZED at the comments over there from people who have no idea what they are talking about.
I support Bishop Jakes and the Ministry of The Potter's House.
The ministry is dedicated to Reconciliation, Healing, Community, Family and positive change.
Perhaps if you are viewing this negatively it's because you don't know Bishops HEART!
