Question: Can Apostolic Bishops Be Consecrate On A Saturday?

According to the internet and in accordance with some custom, it is desirable, if possible, that bishops be ordained on a Sunday.  So the million dollar question that's being asked, why is this consecration service being held on a Saturday @ noon?

  3. If he can lay on top of another mans butt during consecration, then having it done on a Saturday isn't much of a stretch.

  4. Just because it's a custom/tradition doesn't mean that there can never be any deviation from the tradition/custom. Why does it matter which day of the week someone is consecrated, as the day doesn't really change anything.
