Question: Do You As A Christian Find The Below Picture Insulting?

Facebook:

Is this arrogant, in that it does NOT ask, rather, it tells God to do something? Farrah Gray the guy in the above pic, has a huge following on social media, of young adults, from all walks of life. Mr Gray has managed this day to piss-off a large segment of his followers when he posted the above pic to his Facebook page.

Some of Gray's followers are calling him out for pushing what they see as the Positive Confession or simply “Faith” movement belief.  They  simply believe that faith works like a mighty power or force and through faith, you can obtain anything you want — health, wealth, success, and more. However, this force is only released through the spoken word. As we speak the words of faith, power is discharged to accomplish our desires.

For all who don't know, Farrah Gray was named as one of the most influential Black men in America by the National Urban League. Ebony Magazine and Black Enterprise recognized him as an entrepreneurial icon and best-selling author.

  1. I find it more stupid than anything else. God did not make any bills. YOU DID. To say that God should do something that you are supposed to do is silly and dumb. The people you owe money to are not going to GAWD to get their money back. They are coming to YOU for what you owe. He is not a genie in a bottle. James 4:3 says that you do not receive because you ask with wrong motives for your own pleasure. This meme is telling God to take responsibility for His bills. There is nothing in the Bible to support that. Same for demanding that God does anything.
