Christian Files Open Records Request for Strippers’ Names and Addresses… So He Can Pray for Them!
Wow, can't make this stuff up. David Van Vleet a Pierce County man recently filed an open records request to obtain the legal names, addresses, birthdates, photos, and other pieces of biographical information from 70 workers at a local Tacoma (Washington) strip club.
But of course, A federal judge in Tacoma on Thursday blocked the release of business licenses for dancers and managers at a Parkland strip club, saying the workers would “likely suffer irreparable harm” if the information is disclosed. David Van Vleet, requested the licenses under the state’s Public Records Act said he requested the information because he was curious and he wants to pray for the strippers.
“I’m a Christian. … We have a right to pray for people.“I would pray for those dancers by name.”I'm praying for you is one of the biggest lies told by most Christians, today. It's an empty statement, with no heart or meaning. These are the words folks love to put forth to make a conversation a little more comfortable in the moment. This is exactly what this guy just did, in my opinion.
