Question of the day: Should People Who Don't Tithe Or Give Their Time Be In A Position Of Leadership In The Church?

Pastor John Hannah was discussing this subject on his radio show  earlier in the month. What would you do if you're a pastor of a church that practiced and believe in tithing and, you just discovered that one of your highly visible leaders, deacon, minister or elder doesn’t tithe, and hasn’t tithed for some time? Should you speak to the leader about this, or leave it alone? Should the church have some type of policy in place regarding tithing for church leaders?
