For me on a personal level this is the worst idea that have ever been introduce by any Christian Organization....Jesus Ween (Oct 31st) is expected to become the most effective Christian outreach day ever and that's why they are calling it "World Evangelism". What do you think about Halloween becoming a Christian holiday?
