When To Question The Integrity Of The Pastor!

When do a church body question the integrity and honesty of its pastor? Is it before or after he's hired? The Concerned Members of Jeremiah Missionary Baptist Church have filed a complaint against their new pastor Eugene Cowan II....Who was hired by the members in  February 2010.....The concerned members is a group who are concerned about the actions of there pastor Eugene Cowan II  and the effect his action may have on the well-being of the church and it's community.

I notice that Pastor Eugene Cowan II is answering some of the complaints here. Is this a wise move for the pastor?
