In September of last year when this story first came to light. The site A Toast 2 Wealth did a post title " Is Elder and First Lady Vanessa Long Just As Responsible For Bishop Eddie Long's Sexual Sins?

In no way do I fault Vanessa Long for what the bishop have done. Nor do I think she's any different than the dozen of other wives who stand/stood silently by their husbands accused of sexual acts outside their marriage. For the most part, I think like other wives, she might have known about this "side" of the bishop and done nothing about it who knows. Some women stay silent in the hopes that it will all go away so they can continue to live their lavish life-style again who knows. Just to think if she did know then this is the day she have always dreaded would come true.
