I believe Judas knew Jesus personally and had a relationship with Jesus....I know some will say he betrayed Jesus....YES that's true but Judas believed in Jesus....I am not Judas defender… but I do think there are lessons we can learn from Judas.
Judas left his family, job and friends… perhaps gave up a chance at popularity, wealth and power… to follow a man he believed was Lord…..to sleep on the ground, eat handouts and live hand to mouth for the rest of his life.....now let’s be honest with ourselves… would any of us do that today? I am not sure I would....tell you the truth I don’t know of anything in my life where I have shown that level of faith or commitment.....what about you? I believe Judas was a committed disciple of Jesus…as committed as Peter, James or John were.....that's why I have a hard time putting anyone in hell....God is the only one with access to the heart of man....I have often been intrigued by the presence of Judas at the Last Supper did he make it into heaven?
