Inside Edition Investigates TV Preachers Living Like Rock Stars
Ole Anthony of the Trinity Foundation, a church watchdog group that worked with the Senate Committee investigating TV preachers stated:
"Televangelism is a $2 to $3 billion industry, that's untaxed, and unregulated.
That's right—by law, most religious groups like most T.V.preachers are exempt from federal taxes, and they don't have to report how they spend their money to anyone.
