Can A Person Live A Christian Life As A Homosexual?

Now I really believe this is a very hard question to answer but yet a fair question....I  know what the Bible says about  homosexuality ANY SEX OUT SIDE OF MARRIAGE is a sin....But it also says that the only unforgivable sin is not accepting Jesus....I do believe a gay or homosexual person can accept Christ, just as an alcoholic, a drug addict, or any one else can accept Christ offer to come....But with that acceptance there have to be a willing to change.
So if a person accepts Jesus but does not change his lifestyle, can he really be saved?   Now i'm well aware that God is the only one who truly knows hearts....Now the young man in the clip below ask Ravi Zacharias  about the issue in  regards to Christians who struggle with homosexuality....Now some Christians are upset in how Ravi Zacharias  answer the young man question....What do you think?
