Trump says he’s fulfilled his promises to Christians, but he really means white evangelicals

Image
Reader according to The Washington Post, it sounds like 45 will be fulfilling no more campaign promises made to white conservative evangelicals. I repeat, in "my opinion", white conservative evangelical Christians are among the very worst people this country has every produced. Given half a chance, they would re-institute slavery, stone women to death in the streets for adultery (but never the men), legalize rape, execute homosexuals en masse, cart Jews off to the gas chambers, and set the world on fire all in the name of their god. We know this because they tell us that's what they want to do. They're proud of their hate until you call them monsters. Then you're attacking their faith and they're being "persecuted."

The Gospel Of Hip Hop!

Rapper KRS-One has decide to form a new religion on earth call "The Gospel of Hip Hop." "The First Instrument",is a 600-page book that will examine the spirituality of the culture. The new spiritual book will help form this new Hip-Hop religion. The new book will explore the spirituality of Hip-Hop and the divinity of Hip-Hop. He's quoted as saying that in 100 years, this book will be a new religion on the earth, he told AllHipHop.com. “Now you talk about controversy, there’s some Christian ministries if you go online, look up some ministers, they dissing right now. 'Who the hell does he think he is?' Well, I think I have the authority to approach God directly): I don’t have to go through any religion [or] train of thought. I can approach God directly myself and so I wrote a book called The Gospel of Hip Hop to free us from all this nonsense garbage right now. I respect the Christianity, the Islam, the Judaism but their time is up. The Gospel of Hip Hop is set in the format of the Christian Bible and offers readers a “life-guide manual for members of Hip Hop Culture.”
The book combines philosophy with faith, practical knowledge and various spiritual teachings. KRS offers his take on the origins of Hip-Hop and draws from instances in history to teach readers about health, love, awareness and wealth. This is nothing but
new age cultism.
Rest of article here..... Question "KRS" if you don't need a religion to get to God....then why start a religion? "LET'S US PRAY FOR OUR YOUTH!"

  1. You know, KRS One....I love his music, but this is just DEMONIC. Sorry, there is no other adjective that applies. He is creating a religion around what he calls diety, the "goddess": "Hip Hop". Simple as that, he is trying to set himself up as his own messiah. It is really sad...

  2. @DJ Black Adam thanks for your comment and I agree people do respect his intelligence and skills, but i doubt any one would "follow" this. Even people with their already messed up sense of morals. To me he's basically calling himself a prophet, but unfortunately he's a false prophet.

  3. Why would we find this surprising? Man has no respect for God? though God gave man Rule over the Earth, look at the condition of the Earth!

Man is in Battle with the Heavenly Father! they show their rejection by the way they live, Man with Man, God said No! Man say's Yes! Man is forever seeking to make the word of God Null and Void!

We are living in the last day's, and yet some chose to take side's with Man and his Sinful Nature!

We are living in the last day's, we either Stand for Righteousness sake or we Stand for Sin sake! which will we chose? or which have we chosen to stand for!

God's know's our heart, we are either Hot or Cold! but, we cannot be Lukewarm! time is far spent!

A true Prophet of God will speak for God/ not against the Father, for he is the Creator of the Heaven's and the Earth, and all Honor and Praise is due his name.

  4. Well, after reading your post and the article, I think KRS has good intentions. He wants to unite humankind and get rid of all what he thinks are divisive national and cultual labels by making us all Hip-Hop. The problem is KRS ignors history and human nature. People are always going to differ and always going to cling to their own. Irish will still be Irish, Puerto Ricans will still be Puerto Ricans and New Yorkers are gonna be New Yorkers. It wouldn't work. He'd soon see conservative Iowa Hip-Hoppers differ from West Coast Hoppers.
He could serve the Hip-Hop culture and us all by putting out a guide to make Hoppers better people.
His arrogance got in the way of his common sense a bit here.

  5. Christ has broken down the wall of partition that separated jew from gentile; thus making all men one.

Jesus prayed that those that believe in Him would be one just as the Father and He are one.

The only way human kind will be one is through what Christ has done. That is a Christin world view. KRS claims that Christianity's time is done. He is under the spirit of the anti-Christ which is presently at work in the "children of disobedience": to quote Paul, the apostle.
This is evil and influenced by fleshly desires. He claims he can go to God on his own; What God, though? The God of his own making?
The God that will not challenge his behavior and mindset? I hope this falls to the ground shortly and his name becomes a by-word. He needs to repent and turn to the God revealed in Jesus Christ. Let's pray for him

  6. I've come to conclusion that most people would look for any rationalization to ignore the Cross and worship the God of their own Ego. KRS-One is great artist and definitely one of the most intelligent and influential MCs. But like many intellectuals and famous people, his god is self. Why anyone would turn to KRS-One for truth when the Bible can be bought in the Dollar store is beyond me.

Hopefully, hip-hop heads will see this for the garbage that it is and turn to the Savior. But, then again, a religion based upon MC Ren vs a faith on a 2000 book is always more 'tickling to the ear'.

  7. Hotep, what people fail to Re-ALL-Eyes is that he doesnt NEED approval to create what he sees as the spiritual principles of Hip Hop. There is nothing "DEMONIC" about it. He is not saying dont believe in God believe in me, he is basically putting together ideas on the origins of Hip Hop music from a perspective outside of "organized religion". He is absolutely RIGHT when he says that he can approach God/Goddess/Jah/Allah/Ra/Yahuwa, etc... directly instead of through the middle men of religion. The self righteous ones are those who say "you're a demon" if you dont follow their LIMITED view of GOD & RELIGION.

  8. You will do greater works than me Christ said in the Bible, and the Kingdom of heaven is within us all. Many search outside themselves for the solution to their problems when God is within us all, if we take the time to Be Still and Know but of course many don't want to take responsibility, so they create Devil and Demons as their excuse. We are all made in the image and likeness of the creator and we are free to express our Godliness and many different ways. I applaud KRS-ONE--many try to monopolize ideas of God but who are they to do that. I was born a Christian and know truly understand that Christ Consciousness which is living and being the word versus quoted the word and living a life full of contradictions and pointing the finger at everyone else. It is about being the Change you want to see, which takes spiritual maturity and seeing God in everyone and Life itself. It is about Being like Christ not Idolizing Christ and the Bible that you can not see the Christ in Everyone around you. All are called but few chose themselves for greatness. We all have a contribution to make, Make your contribution and don't hate those who are doing their part to make this world a better place.

  9. I AM READING THE BOOK NOW. IT SEEMS LIKE NONE OF THE PEOPLE LEAVING COMMENTS HAVE READ THE BOOK. YOU ARE JUDGING THE BOOK BY YOUR OWN BIASES.AND PREJUDICE. YET IF KING JAMES SAY ITS OK..THEN ITS "THE WORD OF GOD"...(BTW KING JAMES WHO WAS A HOMOSEXUAL TYRANT WHO PICKED AND CHOSE WHAT HE WANTED TO PUT IN AND TAKE OUT OF THE "HOLY BIBLE"-GOOGLE COUNCIL OF NICEA AND SEE FOR YOURSELF)

YOU DONT SEE THE DIVINITY IN YOURSELF SO OF COURSE U WILL NEVER SEE IT IN KRS-ONE.

    HATERS.LOL.(I DIGRESS)

TO CALL THIS BOOK DEMONIC IS JUST PURE RIDICULOUS! WHY DO PEOPLE SPEAK ON THINGS THAT THEY HAVENT RESEARCHED..AND NEGATIVELY AT THAT? IF THATS THE "GOOD" RELIGION YALL CAN KEEP IT! .

I HAVE READ ABOUT HALF SO FAR AND IT IS A VERY POWERFUL, MOTIVATIONAL BOOK THAT DOES NOT PUT KRS ONE ABOVE GOD OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT AT ALL.

ITS VERY CLEAR, LOVING AND STRAIGHT FORWARD. KRS SEEMS TO BE VERY CENTERED SPIRITUALLY AND IS DOING A GREAT JOB AT TEACHING SOUND LIVING ADVICE AND HE GIVES ALL THE GLORY TO GOD THROUGHOUT THE BOOK.

I SURELY HOPE U GUYS ACTUALLY READ THE BOOK BECAUSE IF NOT U WILL BE MISSING OUT ON A GREAT READ, A GREAT PERSPECTIVE AND MANY TRUTHS THAT WILL BENEFIT YOU AND OTHERS IN YOUR LIFE.

NOT TO MENTION YOU WILL GAIN A HUGE RESPECT FOR WHAT HIP HOP IS AT THE CORE OF IT. THANKS FOR HAVING THIS DISCUSSION. STIC.MAN RBG

  11. DEMONIC? Prophet? Messiah? No respect for God? Trying to make everyone the same?

Some of these responses are quite interesting... AND it is obvious that some of these folks haven't even leafed through the pages. This reminds me of my learned views of the Honorable Louis Farrakhan... Then, one day, my boss let me off early and as a grandmother asked me to go and attend the "Let Us Make Man" speech at the Armory in Harlem.

That day changed my life and, above ALL other things I learned NOT to accept the opinions of others when it comes to such things as "character". It’s easy to look at this and say Oh, the GOSPEL of HIP HOP, there is NO other GOSPEL, oh He’s claiming to be this and to be that and so on. I would REALLY like to see what someone like TD Jakes or Pastor Shirley Caesar has to say about what KRS ONE has decided to share. It’s just interesting.
Anyway, the "Let Us Make Man" speech in Harlem was the precursor for the “Million Man March”… Remember that? Remember all the different speakers from different races, religions and backgrounds? Do you remember how far it reached?

I think you should at least read 20 pages of it before you begin to criticize any book. That’s like trying to critique a movie based only on what you see in the trailer… or less.

From the look of some of these responses, I’m wondering if some of you have even read your own bibles… I mean the WHOLE BOOK, not just the WORD which the pastor gives you every Sunday.

If the world ends, and I’m not where I want to be yet, the end is gonna catch me pushin’… NOT on my knees waiting for the almighty to come walking out of the clouds to save me.
