With all the hard work that the late Bishop G.E. Patterson put into building Temple of Deliverance Church of God In Christ. And to see this happen to it is a shame before a living God. I believe he would be very heart broken to see what people will and or willing to do for money. I don't think he would appreciate how they are handling his wife either. I wonder what the Bishop would say about his nephew Milton Hawkins or for that matter any one else who is being paid $48,000 a month after 
only being pastor for one year? I watch Bishop for many years and have sown into Bountiful Blessings Ministries Inc because I believe in what the Bishop taught and preached, but come on. Now Hawkins has been accuse of stealing and co mingling the funds of Bountiful Blessings Ministries Inc. as though it's his own when reports are saying Bountiful Blessings Ministries Inc belongs solely to his widow Louise Patterson. There are a few things that are upsetting about this. The saddest may be that this is playing out in front of someone who has been trying to get themselves together or has started overcoming serious issues and now will regress and maybe never get back. I am not so concerned that it gives folks fodder to further criticize the church. Anyone that thinks that this situation is true of all churches and preachers is just looking for an excuse or justification not to belong to a church. You wouldn't be able to change their mind no matter what.
